RECRUITMENT has begun for staff to work at Tilbury's new Lidl store which is nearing construction completion and is due to open in September.

The store would be open from 7am to 11pm from Monday to Sunday, notwithstanding Sunday trading laws, which would limit the store to six hours of trading.

A spokesperson for them said: "Wrexham Plas Coch restaurant is now expected to open in August; however, this date will be confirmed closer to the time."

Caterham: Spanning 1,154m², the new store on Croydon Road will operate 7am–10pm (Mon–Sat) and 10am–4pm (Sun), featuring the discounter’s bakery, Middle of Lidl, and ample parking.

Despite this proclamation, no specific sites have been disclosed to the public.

The store will open at 8am on Thursday, June 18, with the local community invited to enjoy the opening day celebrations.
